Ultra preemie is the slowest flow Dr. Brown's nipple they make. This would be a step UNDER the preemie flow nipple. Designed for the VLBW and micro--preemie babies and those with feeding difficulties. Consult an IBCLC or feeding therapist if you are using this nipple.
