Virtual only for Anthem - Available through Wildflower Health. Approval required before booking.

  • Cigna (In-person & Virtual): Covered through Wildflower Health. Check your eligibility first, then book your IBCLC visit. Check Cigna eligibility →

  • UnitedHealthcare / UMR (In-person only): In-network visits- Home visits and office visits available. Book UHC visit →

  • Aetna (In-person only): In-network visit for either home or office. Note: Aetna Medicaid and Meritain Health are not accepted. Book Aetna visit →

Home visit convenience fee — From zip code 40205: 0–15 miles $25 · 15–25 miles $40 · Over 25 miles, contact us for a custom quote.

Cancellation policy — Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will be charged the full visit fee regardless of insurance coverage. No-shows are also charged the full rate.

A credit card is required to hold all appointments.

Weather policy — In the event of unsafe road conditions or bad weather, Bonnie Knows Breast reserves the right to reschedule your appointment, class, or training.
