I can provide a lactation superbill for each visit for you to submit for potential reimbursement.
All consults and classes can be booked using a credit/debit card or HSA/FSA card.
Weather Policy: You and your babe are important to me. In the event of bad weather or the roads are unsafe, I reserve the right to reschedule our appointment/class/training/workshop.
A sliding scale discounted rate is available for Medicaid participants and the military.
