These long pump flange inserts are compatible with Medela, Spectra, Willow, Willow Go, Motif and/or ANY size 24mm hard plastic flange. Insert into 24mm hard flange to make the hole smaller to fit your nipple. This is not an original replacement part. This will not work with Elvie pumps.
