Refund & Return Policy
To protect your health and safety, all Pump Bar products are final sale.
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
Change of mind
Scent or texture preference
Products that have been opened or used
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
To qualify for a replacement or store credit:
Contact us within 7 days of your order being marked as delivered.
Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of:
The damaged/defective item
The packaging (including the shipping box and label, if applicable)
Once we review your request, we will let you know the next steps. In most cases, we will:
Replace the damaged/defective item, or
Offer store credit if a replacement is not available
We reserve the right to deny a replacement or credit if:
The request is made after 7 days from delivery
Photos or sufficient information are not provided
The issue appears to be from use or storage after delivery rather than shipping
Shipping Policy
Processing & Ship Days
All orders are processed and shipped on Mondays and Thursdays.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Shipping Method
All orders are shipped via USPS.
A tracking number is provided for every order so you can follow your package’s progress.
Please allow standard USPS transit time after your order has been handed off to the carrier. Transit times may vary due to weather, holidays, or USPS delays.
Tracking & Delivery Issues
If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you do not see your package, please:
Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation.
Look around your mailbox, porch, side doors, or with neighbors.
Contact USPS directly with your tracking number for more details.
If you still cannot locate your package after checking with USPS, you can reach out to us and we will do our best to help. Please note that once a package is marked delivered by USPS, we are limited in what we can guarantee or replace.
