Prenatal Lactation Consults

Who it's for: Expecting parents who want to feel prepared and confident before baby arrives.

What to expect: In this visit, we'll review your health history, talk through your feeding goals, address any concerns (history of breast surgery, PCOS, low supply worries, inverted nipples, and more), and fit you for a pump flange — so you're ready from day one when baby arrives!

Breast/Chestfeeding Consults

Who it's for: Parents experiencing latch issues, pain, low supply, weight gain concerns, or any breastfeeding challenge.

What to expect: This is the heart of what we do. Your visit includes a full assessment, a pre- and post-weighted feed to measure baby's intake, flange fitting, and a personalized care plan — plus two weeks of unlimited messaging support after your visit.

Newborn Care Package: Pediatrician + Lactation Consultant

Perinatal Nutrition Consults

Who it's for: Parents with questions about nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum recovery, milk supply, or a recent diagnosis.

What to expect: What you eat affects how you feel and how you feed. We'll review your health and diet history and build a practical, personalized nutrition plan that supports your body and your goals.

Pumping Consult

Who it's for: Parents who are pumping any amount or pumping exclusively, returning to work/school, traveling away from baby, or building a freezer stash.

What to expect: Pumping is a full-time job — let's make it work better for you. We'll cover pump settings and troubleshooting, a pumping schedule tailored to your life, correct flange sizing, milk storage, and bottle feeding tips and tricks and volumes required for baby.

Breast Pump Flange Fit

Who it's for: Anyone who pumps and is experiencing discomfort, low output, or isn't sure their flanges fit correctly.

What to expect: Did you know the wrong flange size is one of the most common reasons pumping hurts and output drops? A proper fitting takes just one visit and can make an immediate difference in both comfort, milk volume and longevity in your journey. This can be virtual or in-person!

Who it's for: Expecting and new parents who want education and community.
