Prenatal Visit:
During this exciting time, let's chat! Whether it's your first baby or you’ve done this before, I'm here to answer all your questions. From latch techniques to expressing milk, let's ensure you feel confident and prepared.
2-Week Check-In:
Congratulations! Your little one is gaining weight and thriving. We are looking for baby to be back to birth weight by this time. Let's check that we're on track and celebrate this milestone together.
6-8 Weeks:
Hopefully you're over the hump and settling into your feeding journey. If you are returning to work or school soon, schedule a visit to chat. Let's discuss any current challenges and make adjustments to ensure comfort and success.
6-12 Weeks:
Thinking about returning to work or school and continuing to breastfeed or pump? There is no need to have a deep freeze full of milk, don’t stress! Let's create a plan that fits your lifestyle and supports your continued breast/chestfeeding goals.
6 Months:
It might be time to introduce solids! Let's discuss how breastfeeding fits into this exciting new phase of your baby's development.
12 Months Plus or Anytime:
Considering weaning or just curious about the next steps? Let's talk about your options and create a plan that honors your journey.
Any Other Time:
From clogs to mastitis, upcoming travel plans to new health diagnoses—whatever comes up, I'm here to support you. Let's address challenges promptly and keep your feeding journey working for you.
